# Creating a single alert

Click the blue button + Add notification, a window with settings will appear in front of you

<div data-full-width="true"><figure><img src="https://3464542099-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FZTABwQlZM4vDvLFKaqdc%2Fuploads%2Fpfa2ImwBaICTyelAapbZ%2F1.1%20Choose%20coin.png?alt=media&#x26;token=29ae3069-c37a-4a0f-9a3f-23339c5fb988" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

Choose a coin, you can enter symbols, or choose from the list.&#x20;

When you press the Enter key, the first coin from the list is chosen, in our case **BINANCE:ETHUSDT**, or you can simply click on the ticker.

#### You need to choose the timeframe for the alert.

{% hint style="info" %}
In the screen we use timeframes **5m, 15m, 30m, 1h, 2h, 4h, 12h, 1d**, but in the alerts we added the timeframe **Price**, because the value of the current price remains the same on any timeframe, and therefore we can use special parameters not limited to the timeframe.
{% endhint %}
